YORKTOWN, N.Y.-- A 22-year-old man from Mohegan Lake has been arrested for the felony of engaging in sexual contact with a 15-year-old female in his vehicle at Walter Panas High School. Paul J. Rigaud, of 1682 Amazon Rd. allegedly met the female online on Facebook, and the two then agreed to meet at the high school and engaged in sexual contact on one occasion. Because Rigaud is over the age of 21, and the girl under than 17, Rigaud was charged with one count of criminal sexual act in the third degree. He was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.
