Cops: Men Found Unconscious in Moving Car With Heroin

PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Two men were found unconscious and in possession of heroin while rolling down the street in a vehicle near the Beach Shopping Center Friday, according to city police.

William Bobolia, 21, of Cortlandt Manor and Mathew Feely, 22, of Verplanck, were arrested on March 23 at 1:20 a.m. and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, while Bobalia was also charged with driving while ability impaired, also a misdemeanor, on Dayton Lane by Police Officer Mary Greenan.

Police were called to the Beach Shopping Center after witnesses observed a vehicle rolling down Dayton Lane with two unconscious men inside, according to police.

Witnesses at the scene had managed to stop the vehicle from rolling and officers found the men passed out. Both Bobolia and Feely had hypodermic needles in their arms and several glass envelopes containing heroin were located around them, police said.

Peekskill EMS responded and both men were revived at the scene. The two men were held for arraignment in city court.
