That might be a slight exaggeration, but Peter Framptons 1976 double live album is among the top five best-selling live album of all time, even after 35 years of competition.
The British guitar virtuoso comes to Peekskills Paramount Center for the Arts Saturday night for a very special performance for the venues Eighth Annual Red Carpet Night Gala and Fundraising Concert. Frampton is best known for such hits as "Show Me the Way," "Baby, I Love Your Way," Im into you and "Do You Feel Like We Do. The live version of the latter-- all 14 minutes and 15 seconds of it-- remains a favorite on classic rock radio. The three-hour show will feature a complete performance of Frampton Comes Alive! in its entirety, along with highlights from Framptons catalog, including his 2006 Grammy Award-winning instrumental album, Fingerprints.
