CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Visiting Valhalla outscored the Croton girls basketball team in the fourth quarter Tuesday, pulling out a 44-42 victory at Croton High School.
Grace Mulligan and Dani Douglas each scored 17 points for the Tigers, who led 31-29 going into the fourth quarter. The Vikings outscored the Tigers 15-11 to overcome the deficit.
Kelsey Fritsch scored 13 and Rachel Beckley added 11 for Valhalla.
The Tigers, who fell to 4-2, had a decided edge at the free throw line, making 14, while Valhalla made four free throws.
