In 2008, the town's zoning board ordered the rusted trucks and industrial equipment be removed from neighbor Sheldon Gardner's yard, and for a temporary fence to be erected, the story said. Presently, the equipment remains and the only fence is one erected by Tina himself, the story said.

Cortlandt Town Supervisor Linda Puglisi told News 12 Westchester the clean-up process is a lengthy one and two attempts to get Gardner to remove the offending equipment were unsuccessful.
