Con Edison To Repair Transmission Lines Via Helicopter

VERPLANCK, N.Y. ? Verplanck residents may hear helicopters overhead Wednesday and Thursday as Con Edison repairs transmission lines over the Hudson River. Con Edison officials said there should not be related power outages.
