After a fast and furious Facebook response to the possibility of a community garden in Cortlandt, the office of Supervisor Linda Puglisi responded by saying that the Town of Cortlandt is working to establish a community garden, but volunteers are needed.
I think it would be brilliant, said Maggie Pinque, a Cortlandt resident who left positive comments about the idea, My question is, where would it be?
Anyone interested in getting involved with the beginnings of a community garden should contact the Recreation Department of the Town of Cortlandt.
