VAN CORTLANDTVILLE, N.Y. - Jane S. Schrull, a longtime resident Van Cortlandtville, died Dec. 13. She was 91.
Schrull was the former president, secretary and treasurer at the Nor-Cort Senior Citizens. A member of the Van Cortlandtville Methodist Church, she taught Sunday school and helped run the Vacation Bible School in the let 1950's.
Born Jane Severino in 1920, she also worked a floral designer at Flowers by Dennis in Peekskill where she partook in her love of floral arranging.
She is survived by her sons H. Frederick Schrull, David Schrull and Eric Schrull, her daughter Laurie Schrull, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Herman Schrull, her brothers Vincent and Jean Severino and a grandson.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Van Cortlandtville Church, followed by a private interment. Funeral arrangements by E.O. Curry Funeral Home in Peekskill.
