PEEKSKILL, N.Y. --Westchester County Legislator and former Peekskill Mayor John Testa appeared on Fox News Channel's "Fox and Friends" program Sunday to discuss Abraham Lincoln's birthday.
Sunday would have been Lincoln's 203rd birthday and Testa, a Lincoln historian, appeared with local Lincoln impersonator Mike Griest to discuss the president's life and how he is remembered by Americans.
Testa is also the president of the Lincoln Depot Foundation and discussed efforts to complete the museum at the depot site where Lincoln addressed city residents on the way to his innauguration.
