CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. - Agnese Muro of Cortlandt Manor died Jan. 30. She was 81.
The daughter of Pasquale and Giusepina Rosato, she was born Jan. 19. 1931 in Morcone, Italy. Muro was married to the late Antonio and worked as a horticulturist at an estate in Purchase.
She is survived by her sons Jorge Muro and Daniel (Melanie) Muro, her daughter Antonietta (Americo) D'Addonna, her brother Nicola, her sister Adelina, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, her brother Pietro and her sisters Angelina and Onorina.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday at Leach & Thomas Funeral Home in Ossining. The funeral mass will be held at St. Augustine's Church at 12 p.m. on Thursday, followed by burial at St. Augustine's Cemetery.
