Happy Feet Soccer Open House This is a free day to bring children between 2 and 4-years-old to play soccer. Classes are divided by age group and time, 2-year-olds at 12 p.m., 3-year-old at 12:30 p.m., and 4-years-old or over at 1 p.m. The classes are located at 255 N. Highland Ave., Ossining. Flatiron Gallery and Paramount Show Running until January 21st, the Flatiron Gallery and Paramount Theater in Peekskill join forces to have a group show in the theaters upper gallery. The show is curated by Wendy Garber, owner of the Flatiron Gallery. The show is open through the Paramounts regular weekday hours, and during intermission of live shows. The Paramount is located at 1008 Brown St., Peekskill, N.Y.

Mark Minkler Quartet This jazz quartet will perform at the Croton Free Library, exploring the musical catalogues John Coltrane, Paule Chambers and possibly a nod to Elvis Presley (the kings birthday is on Sunday). The quartet is composed of Tony Regusis (piano, Lee Finkelstein (drums), and Gary Keller (saxophone). Music starts at 2 p.m. in the Ottinger Room.
Living History The Hendrick Hudson Free Library will host a book and movie afternoon for adults and seventh graders on up. Read the book, Eagle of the Ninth by Rosemary Sutcliffe and watch the film The Eagle (PG-13) which centers around Roman occupied Britain, as a young Roman soldier endeavors to honor his fathers memory by finding his lost legions golden emblem. The event is hosted by Blue Mountain Middle Schools living history teacher, Joseph Ryan. This event begins at 1 p.m. and runs until 3 p.m. Call (914) 739-5654 for more information.
