Archaeology Exhibit In Croton Focuses On North America

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- The L.A. Brennan, Lower Hudson Chapter  of the NYS Archaeological Association presents “The Ancient Cumberland Tradition” and a presentation by Richard M. Gramly, director of the American Society for Amateur Archaeology on Sunday, Nov. 9, at Croton Point Park Nature Center at 1 p.m.

Gramly is the publisher of Persimmon Press, a small press focusing on North American archaeology. 

He has excavated and published his findings from centrally important Paleo-american sites including the Vail site in Maine, the East Wenatchee site in Washington State and the Sugarloaf site in Massachusetts.
