CORTLANDT, N.Y. - Acadia Realty, the company that owns the Cortlandt Town Center, purchased the 36-acre lot across the street owned by Westrock Development.
The real estate purchase closed Monday, kiboshing a proposed Super Walmart. Cortlandt Town Supervisor Linda Puglisi said she is open to suggestion for the development and will pass them along to Acadia Realty during the planning process.
