Construction Worker Barred From Capital District High School Over Confederate Flag A construction worker has been barred from a Capital District school after twice showing up to campus in a vehicle donning a Confederate flag. Students and staff first noticed the vehicle parked at Albany High School Monday, May 16, and alerted administrators, according to the Albany City School District.
