Drought Watch Remains In Effect For These NY Counties Drought conditions have improved in New York State since the summer but a drought watch remains in effect in seven counties. Village Of Coxsackie Asks Residents To Conserve Water Authorities are asking some residents in the region to conserve water until further notice.
