2 People Injured During Crash In The Region, Police Say Two people were injured during a two-car crash in the Hudson Valley. The collision took place in Ulster County in Kingston around 6 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 5 on Route 28. According to Trooper Steven Nevel of the New York State Police, an investigation revealed that a 2012 Toyota, driven by Steven Beckerman of Woodstock, was traveling west in the right lane.   A 2006 Volkswagen, driven by Steven Kapushy of Boiceville, was also traveling west in the right land on Route 28. The incident took place in Orange County around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31 on Cantrell Avenue in the city of Middletown. Troopers pulled over a 2019 Acura on Cantrell Avenue for having a suspended license. Police, FBI Looking To Locate Man From Region Wanted For Rape Of Minor The New York State Police and the FBI are asking the public for help locating a man who allegedly raped a minor in the Hudson Valley. Jesus Torres, age 31, of Goshen, is wanted on an extraditable warrant for raping a female child in Orange County, said Trooper Steven Nevel. The Southern District of New York has also issued a warrant for Torres for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, Nevel said.
