Long Island resident Isis Navarro Reyes, age 36, of Shirley, is named in a six-count indictment that was unsealed in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday, May 1. Planes Carrying Migrants Land In Region Two planes carrying immigrant children from El Paso, Texas landed in the Hudson Valley earlier this month. The planes, chartered by the federal government, transported approximately 25 children on each aircraft, Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus said.
