13-Year-Old Boy Riding Bicycle Struck, Killed By Vehicle On Residential Roadway In Region Police are investigating a crash in which a boy was killed on a residential roadway in the Hudson Valley. It happened around 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, June 29 in Rockland County. That's when the bicyclist was struck by a vehicle in the village of Pomona at the intersection of High Mountain Road and Overlook Road. Upon arrival, units discovered the vehicle with the 13-year-old boy underneath the vehicle, said Chief John Gould Jr. of the town of Haverstraw Police Department. 14-Year-Old Riding Motorbike Killed In Crash With Plow Truck In Region A 14-year-old boy who was involved in a crash with a plow truck in the Hudson Valley has died from his injuries. The accident occurred in Rockland County around 2:50 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13 in the area of N. Liberty Drive and Wayne Avenue in Stony Point. According to Lt. Greg Becker, the teen was riding a motorbike when he collided with a privately owned plow truck. The victim was treated at the scene by Rockland Paramedics and Stony Point Ambulance Corp, and then transported to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, where he died on Wednesday, Feb. 14, Becker said.
