Double-Fatal Crash: Man, Woman ID'd After Tractor-Trailer Rolls Over On I-87 In Albany Two people were killed in a crash involving a rolled-over tractor-trailer on the New York State Thruway. The crash happened around 8 a.m. Thursday, May 23 in Albany. Albany County Legislator Zach Collins is asking Gov. Kathy Hochul to approve construction of a new exit on I-87 in the town of Coeymans.
