Man From Region Accused Of Murdering Woman, Dismembering Her Body, Police Say A man from the region has been charged with allegedly killing a woman and then dismembering her body before disposing of the parts. Ulster County resident Damon Foy, age 50, of Kerhonkson, was arraigned in Ulster County Court on Friday, April 19, for a murder charge and remanded to Ulster County Jail without bail. According to the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, between Sunday, March 31, and Monday, April 1, Foy murdered Alberta Dale, age 44, of Pennsylvania, dismembered her and was in the process of disposing of her body when law enforcement intervened.  Dale’s remains were loca…

Man From Region Charged With Murder A Hudson Valley man is behind bars for allegedly killing another person. Ulster County resident Damon Foy, age 50, of Kerhonkson, was charged with felony murder on Wednesday, April 3, and arraigned in the town of Esopus Justice Court. According to Capt. Joseph Sciutto of the Ulster County Sheriff's Office, Foy, was arrested following an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office, the New York State Police, and the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office. Suspect Caught After Assaulting Woman Pumping Gas, Crashing Her Vehicle In Region: Police A Hudson Valley man has been charged with a hate crime after allegedly robbing and stealing a woman's car at a gas station. The incident took place in Ulster County around 4:45 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 6 at the Mobil Station on Route 209 in the town of Wawarsing. 34-Year-Old Hits Victim In Head With Rock During Violent Assault In Region, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with allegedly hitting another person in the head numerous times with a rock during a violent assault. The incident took place in Ulster County around 3:45 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 3 in Accord on Dymond Road. According to Trooper Steven Nevel, state police arrested David V. Underhill-Hval. age 34, of Kerhonkson for the Sept. 3 assault.
