Nypd Officer From Region Accused Of Covering Up DWI A New York Police Department (NYPD) deputy inspector has been indicted for allegedly covering up a drunk driving incident of himself and his girlfriend. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Capital Region Man Sexually Abuses Underage Victim, Police Say A 35-year-old man from the region is accused of sexually abusing a minor. Rensselaer County resident Joshua Perry, of Troy, was arrested Thursday, Aug. 31, following a month-long investigation, according to the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office. A grand jury has since returned an indictment on multiple charges, sheriff’s officials announced Wednesday, Sept. 6.
