According to the USPS, they processed upwards of 40 million address changes annually in recent years, though Postal Inspectors have found that some customers paid for an address change on websites with domain names that are not associated with the Postal Service. Pair Caught With Over 100 Pieces Of Stolen Mail In Tarrytown Police nabbed two men who had stolen or "fished" more than 100 pieces of stolen mail out of a USPS box in Westchester. The men, Jade Williams, 19, and Sean Michael Dash, 21, both of the Bronx, were arrested around 2:50 a.m. Friday after police observed the two engaging in suspicious activity in of the USPS mailbox, said Tarrytown Police Lt.
