At about 3:20 p.m. July, 10, troopers from the Somers barracks were dispatched to Interstate 684 in Putnam County, in the town of Southeast, for a report of a man menacing another motorist with a firearm.  Troopers located the suspect’s vehicle northbound near mile marker 27. New York State Police from the Somers barracks investigated a domestic dispute on Thursday, Oct. 15 at a residence on Route 35 in the town of Lewisboro. The suspect, Zachary R.
