Second Suspect Charged With Murder In Fatal Hudson Valley Shooting
A second man has been implicated in the fatal shooting of a man in Northern Westchester last month, authorities announced on Wednesday. Shrub Oak resident Sean Deleon, 23, was arrested by the Peekskill Police Department and charged with second-degree murder for his alleged role into the shooting of 22-year-old Khalil Lyons in Peekskill on July 13. On July 27, a Peekskill teenager, Demetrius Bogan, 18, was also charged with murder following the three-week investigation.
