Aggressive Driving Campaign: State Police Conduct Detail In Rockland County After numerous serious crashes on the Palisades Parkway with fatalities in the Hudson Valley, the New York State Police conducted an aggressive driving campaign. The campaign, held in Rockland County from Monday, May 16 to Sunday, May 28, the effort was held to deter motorists from speeding and reckless driving, said Trooper Steven Nevel. The incident took place around 2:45 p.m. Sunday when the teen damaged sheetrock walls in his home using a knife to puncture the walls numerous times and punched four holes in the walls, said Lt.
