Police: Swerving Mercedes Driver Charged With DWI Becomes Agitated With Officers In Westchester A foreign national living in White Plains made veiled threats and became combative toward police officers in Scarsdale after being busted driving with a blood alcohol content more than triple the legal limit, police said. An officer on routine patrol on Post Road spotted a 1999 Mercedes driving slowly along the roadway, swerving over the pavement markings, according to the Scarsdale Police Department.
