Wayne police responding to Knox Terrace on May 31 were told that Craig J. Lam, 37, took the dog to the Fairfield Animal Emergency Hospital. Joshua Green, 33, of Clifton, was charged with sexual assault, official misconduct and child endangerment.  A Superior Court judge in Paterson freed him, pending further court action, after a detention hearing Thursday afternoon.
