Man Throws Table At Cops After Slashing Neighbor's Tires, Police Say A 34-year-old man was arrested by police after slashing a neighbor's tires and then attacking police when they attempted to apprehend him, according to Town of Poughkeepsie Police. Tyler S.J. Borzowski of Poughkeepsie was arrested Tuesday, July 3 following a month-long investigation into ongoing criminal mischief at the Mountainbook Estates apartment complex, said Capt.
