Driver In Two-Car Crash With Serious Injury Charged With DWI, Vehicular Assault The 51-year-old driver in a two-car crash that left one person trapped and seriously injured has been charged with driving under the influence. Christopher Smith of Campbell Hall was arrested on Saturday following the crash at the intersection of Little Britain Road and Forrester Road, said New Windsor Police Lt. Michael Farbent. Responding officers found a two-car crash with heavy damage to both vehicles. New Windsor Woman Charged With DWI Following Rollover Crash A New Windsor woman was arrested for DWI following a rollover crash in which she was injured, according to New Windsor police. Police found Yajaira Rosa, 26, around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday trying to climb out of the passenger's side window when they arrived on the scene in the area of Little Britain Road and Station Road, said Lt.  Michael Farbent.  Rosa, who was the only person in the vehicle, had lost control of her vehicle, causing it to rollover landing on the driver's side, Farbent said.
