After Henri: Three Possible Tropical Systems Churning In Atlantic Basin The National Hurricane Center says it's watching three areas of what it calls "disturbed weather" in the Atlantic Basin that could develop into tropical systems in the coming days. Any could become the next named tropical storm. The next name on the list, following the now-departed Henri, is Ida, followed by Julian and Kate.
