A Westchester community is in mourning after a popular teen remembered as a cheerleading captain and honor roll student was fatally stabbed during a parade celebrating her high school basketball team’s state championship. Bergen County Student, Bus Driver Confirmed Dead In Highway Crash
UPDATE: A young female student and a beloved teacher were confirmed dead Thursday morning after a school bus filled with Paramus fifth-graders collided with a dump truck on Route 80 in Morris County. A total of 38 students and seven adults, including the driver, were taken to area hospitals, authorities said. Some were in critical condition and undergoing surgery, they said.
