Shock, Sadness After Missing Hudson Valley Woman ID'd As Murder Victim Westchester is in mourning after police identified a homicide victim in Greenwich as Valerie Reyes, who had been missing in New Rochelle for more than a week. The 24-year-old’s body was found on the east shoulder of Glenville Road, just north of Stillman Lane. She was found at the scene inside a suitcase with her hands and feet bound. Dobbs Ferry Man, 40, Found Dead On Old Croton Aqueduct Detectives are investigating the late-night discovery of the body of a 40-year-old man near the Old Croton Aqueduct in Westchester. At approximately 7:45 p.m. on Sunday night, members of the Yonkers Police department and paramedics were dispatched to the aqueduct approaching Lamartine Avenue, where there was a report of a “man down," Sgt.
