Last July, the PSC issued an order kicking Charter out of New York, alleging that the company didn’t meet requirements to extends its network to underserved areas in the state. The order has led to a lengthy battle between the two sides. This week, Charter Spectrum was granted a 30-day reprieve to seek a rehearing of last summer’s order.
