Clarkstown Standouts Wrestle With Success At County Championships

ORANGEBURG, N.Y. - Wrestling action started at 9 a.m. and went throughout the day Saturday at Tappan Zee High, as the school hosted the Rockland County Wrestling Championships.

Suffern was the overall team champion, with Pearl River earning second and East Ramapo placing third.

The top teams placed as follows: 1. Suffern 274.5; 2. Pearl River 180; 3. East Ramapo 166.5; 4. North Rockland 152; 5. Tappan Zee 111.5; 6. Clarkstown North 99.5; 7. Nanuet 61; 8. Clarkstown South 57; 9. Nyack 35.
