Clarkstown South H.S. Students Prepare Dinner For District Leaders

BARDONIA, N.Y. -- Clarkstown South High School students Sarah Rescnovich and Dylan Perez received real-world lessons in the restaurant business recently by working behind the scenes of the Rockland BOCES Annual Dinner, according to a statement from the Clarkstown school district.

Rescnovich and Perez are part of the BOCES Culinary Program, which is directed by Chef Kendall Brennar.

On the night of the annual dinner, the students helped prepare meals for school board member Tammy Bierker, Assistant Superintendent of Schools John LaNave and members of the district's business office.

The staff and faculty then went on to the BOCES annual budget meeting.
