Rockland Man Charged With Breaking Window At Restaurant

TAPPAN, N.Y. -- A Sparkill man was arrested by Orangetown police following an altercation at the Mezzaluna Restaurant in Tappan on Monday, police said.

According to police, Carlos Hernandez, 33, was arrested after allegedly breaking a window at the restaurant following the altercation. 

He was transported to the Orangetown Police Department, where he was charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief. Hernandez was released on $500 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, Aug. 16.
