According to a post on the county government's Facebook page, Day additionally urges utility service providers to check in on their clients.

According to AccuWeather.com, overnight, Realfeel temperatures were expected to dip below zero Monday into Tuesday morning.

Similar conditions were expected Tuesday and Wednesday nights before a gradual warming later in the week.
