Overturned Tractor-Trailer Leaking Fuel On I-87 In West Nyack

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. --  Commuters might encounter backed-up traffic Wednesday on I-87 near Exit 12 in West Nyack due to an overturned tractor-trailer that is leaking fuel, according to the New York State Police.

The vehicle overturned while exiting I-87 onto the exit ramp around 9:18 a.m., said Trooper Steven Nevel. 

The interstate is open, but Exit 12 is closed as fire officials work to clean up the five gallons of fuel leaking onto the roadway, Nevel said.
