SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. -- A serious multi-vehicle accident on southbound on I-87 in Spring Valley causes heavy delays late Thursday morning.
The 11:30 a.m. four-car crash, in which minor injuries have been reported, is at Exit 14 (Route 59), led to stop-and-go traffic back to Exit 14A (southbound Garden State Parkway connector).
