Day Pushes For Deputies In Rockland County Government Buildings

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. – Rockland County Executive Ed Day is pushing for county sheriff's deputies to be placed inside government buildings, according to News 12.

Day wants 15 county ports now protected by unarmed guards protected by sheriff's deputies.

He believes the suggested move would save more than $1 million, reported News 12.
