NEW CITY, N.Y. -- Assemblyman Kenneth Zebrowski says he supports the idea of reforming Common Core.
With Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Common Core Task Force concluding its work and submitting recommendations to the Governor shortly, Zebrowski sent a letter asking that he support reforms to the Common Core.
The letter asks the governor to support reforms to the Common Core curriculum, reduce standardized testing and eliminate the testing emphasis of teacher evaluations.
"These issues must be a priority in the next legislative session," Zebrowski said.
