The Nanuet Restaurant, which has been in business for 55 years, has been listed for sale. The turn-key fully operational restaurant, pizzeria, and bar located at 211 Main Street will cost prospective buyers $1.4 million.
The 6,928 restaurant is located on .39 acres with 30 parking spots and Coldwell Banker said it could be an ideal spot for a microbrewery. It is within walking distance from the Nanuet train station.
