Motorists traveling on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Westchester next week can expect delays around Scarsdale and New Rochelle due to maintenance work. Double lane closures have been announced on the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound between exit 23 (Mamaroneck Road) and exit 19 (Wilmot Road) beginning on Tuesday, Oct. 8. Three burglary suspects arrested as they attempted to flee from police on the Hutchinson River Parkway are being held without bail at the Westchester County Jail. A FedEx driver was the victim of several real-life grinches when a suspect robbed him of several packages at gunpoint, New Rochelle Police Capt. Cosmo Costa said on Friday. Costa said that the driver was robbed of eight undelivered packages at approximately 5:45 on Thursday, Dec. 13 while the driver was at the Golden Horseshoe Shopping Center on Wilmot Road.
