Police in Northern Westchester are defending the need for roadside inspections after removing one truck that had been traveling with a damaged, sagging trailer. The damaged tractor-trailer was discovered during a roadside inspection conducted in Lewisboro, the Lewisboro Police Department announced on Wednesday, July 31.
