15 Area Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers busted more than a dozen Hudson Valley motorists for allegedly driving while drunk on area roadways. Among those charged include:  Westchester County On Saturday, Sept., 28, State Police from Brewster arrested Jason M. Curnen, 26, of Bedford, for Aggravated DWI.
