Filming To Take Place At Diner In Westchester, Cause Road Closure Authorities are alerting residents of temporary road closures around a diner in Westchester that will be the scene of a filming event.  The "commercial entertainment filming event" will take place in the parking lot of the Townhouse Diner in North White Plains at 720 North Broadway (Route 22) on Friday, Feb. 16, North Castle Police announced.  More information about what the filming is for was not released.  Although the diner will remain open to customers during the filming, a section of Castle Heights Place next to the business will be temporarily closed during the da…

Tree Blocking Route 120 Tops North Castle Police Blotter A North Castle Police Officer came to the rescue of multiple motorists, moving a tree trunk that had been blocking Route 120. A member of the Westchester County Police Department reported to the North Castle Police Department shortly before 1 p.m. on Aug. 3 that there was a piece of a large tree in the roadway, near IBM and Swiss Re, blocking the roadway to motorists attempting to drive through the area.
