Flavortown is uniquely fit for service during a pandemic. It will be take-out only and chefs will operate out of a “ghost kitchen.” A ghost kitchen is when a business operates out of an existing restaurant. That will come after a rainy start to the day on New Year's Eve Day, Thursday, Dec. 31. Rain will taper off by mid-morning, and it will stay cloudy the rest of the day with the high temperature in the mid 40s. It will gradually become clear after nightfall on New Year's Eve.
