Alert Issued For Westchester Man Wanted By Police On Drug Charges A 23-year-old alleged dealer is wanted on multiple drug charges in Westchester, police said. An alert has been issued by the Yonkers Police Department Warrant Squad, as they attempt to locate Takoshi Shand, who was arrested for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance last year. Shand, who is known to frequent Stewart Place in Yonkers, later failed to appear in court to respond to the charges, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest by the court.
