54 Ticketed In Targeted Distracted Driving Detail In Westchester Dozens of motorists were busted by New York State Police troopers on Tuesday during a special distracted driving enforcement operation on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester County. State and local law enforcement agencies have been running enforcement details for months, including several for distracted drivers on major county roadways. On Tuesday, troopers dished out a total of 54 tickets during the targeted enforcement period.
