Suspect Caught After Crashing Stolen Vehicle In Westchester, Police Say A local man was arrested for ripping off a car in Westchester after crashing the vehicle. The incident took place around 8:48 p.m. Thursday in the area of the McDonald's on Wildey Street, said Tarrytown Police Lt. Greg Budnar.
